Work at a large aerospace/defense company (think Boeing, Northrop Grumman) as an electrical engineer. Will have 3 years of experience at matriculation. Already have a promotion. Doing two types of work, I am a project lead (one engineer is supporting me on this) and I am a test lead (another engineer is supporting me in this role). I went to a run-of-the-mill state college, but I was a Treasurer of a student organization there and lead freshmen engagement events. As for why an MBA, I want to do a career change, although I haven't nailed down exactly what that will be. Possibilities include corporate strategy, engineering leadership roles, or entrepreneurship.
