Notes:

On matriculation would have 4 years experience.

Promoted from Associate to Senior Associate after 1.5 years. SME of multiple areas, receiving internal recognition, leading demos, and delegating to others (although they are not direct reports). I should have a strong rec from my current company.

At work some extracurriculars I do are mentorship (14+ people including start partners), sitting on a cultural council, sitting on a professional development committee, leading a capstone project team based on an idea I had come up with, and hackathons.

Have some technical certifications as well as personal projects + internship/research/externship experience.

Outside of work have been volunteer coaching, captaining, managing at a cultural dance academy for years. Started as a student, then dancer, then eventually captain, and so on leading to awards in the space. I should have a strong rec from the owner of the academy.

Went to a top 30 university (top 5 in public) and held positions such as production chair and community outreach chair of organizations, while being an active member of multiple other clubs. Was a Differential Equation TA. Ideated an engineering related curriculum with another student which was taught to elementary school/middle school students in the area.

Will do my best to ensure my essays are strong to offset my GMAT score. I am attempting to retake the test early August, but for this purpose should consider 710 my highest score.

Should I apply to more schools? I'm wondering if I have a chance at M7, T10, T15, etc.
