Looking for advice on applying to my top schools, providing a profile review here.

M, 25, white

Targeting: Ross, Booth, Kellogg, Sloan

Reach: HBS, Wharton

GRE- Just took again and got a 320 unofficial (157 V 163 Q). I believe this will be the weakest part of my application, tough studying when working full time. Just trying to “get my foot in the door”. Bumped this up from a 314 from last time.

GPA: 3.5 from a pretty rigorous UG in biomedical engineering

WE - Management consulting. Will be four years when I go to school. Fairly involved at work, part of some cool projects in a very unique space with a lot of experience in a niche field.

Sponsorship: My company is also sponsoring me to attend business school, meaning I’ll have a guaranteed job waiting for me when I come back.

First Gen college student - not sure if this helps but technically will be marking this on apps.

Essays: Overall will be a highlight of my application.

So, I’m essentially asking if the schools I’m targeting are too much of a stretch realizing that my GRE is the weak point of my app. Thinking of retaking again, but just not sure how much more I can truly study while working full time.
