Caroline Grossman is the executive director of the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth and an adjunct associate professor of strategy. An experienced educator and business leader, she has designed and taught Booth courses that explore the role of the firm in society, corporate social responsibility, and global impact, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
