I’m a serial entrepreneur with 15 years of experience. I’ve built a civic community of 35,000 citizens and represented my country at the 100km World Championships. On paper, I thought my profile was "un-rejectable."

The Lesson: In the M7/Sloan world, your story matters, but the score trumps everything else. If the GMAT isn’t where they want it, the rest of the "world-class" resume is just noise. Don't underestimate the gatekeeper.
