The Minnesota CarlsonĀ MBA deadlines for the 2026-2027 admissions season are below.
Minnesota Carlson is conducting its MBA application process in five rounds. International applicants from outside the U.S. must apply by the Round 3 deadline. International applicants in the U.S. must apply by the Round 4 deadline.

Deadlines that occur on a weekend or holiday are extended through the next business day.
Required Materials
Applicants must submit the online application form, GMAT or GRE scores (waiver available), copies of academic transcripts regarding any coursework at a college or university, personal statement essay, a current resume, proof of English language proficiency (if applicable, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo) and two recommendations. There is a $75 application fee, but it will be waived for those who have been active U.S. military within three years of submitting the application. Admissions decisions are sent via email.
When Does Minnesota Carlson Issue Invitations to Interview?
Interviews are offered by invitation only after an applicant has submitted all of the application components. The timing of an interview invitation has no bearing on admission. An interview for the Full-Time MBA program is required for admission. Interviews are by invitation only, offered on weekdays in person or via Zoom.

Currently working at Big4 Tax Advisory for Foreign Portfolio and Institutional Investors. Have a low GPA but positive trajectory from 2.00 in Semester 1 to 3.73 in Semester 6 and a Finance Major GPA of 3.64. CFA L3 candidate, hopefully cleared by the time I join.
Profile handicaps also include a 3 year gap post graduation and had to repeat Year 1 in college due to failing a subject.
4 YoE at matriculation. T1 Indian engineering college (Mech Eng.). Long term entrepreneurial goal building sports infrastructure and improving access to high quality training facilities and credible pathways to professional leagues. Played football (soccer) extensively through school and college as captain in school. Football community head in Hyderabad with around 60-70 members.

-Taking the GRE in Oct
Any advice on a range for a target GRE score and based on my profile do you think the 3.3 will hold me back from those top M7/T15 schools that I plan to apply to?
(I assume to help offset the 3.3, my GRE score will need to be pretty high)
