The Ohio State Fisher MBA Deadlines 2025-2026
The Ohio State Fisher MBA deadlines for the 2025-2026 admissions season are presented in the table below.
The Ohio State Fisher College of Business is conducting its MBA application review process over the course of five rounds.
| Round | Application Deadline | Admissions Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Early | October 13, 2025 | November 14, 2025 |
| Round 1 | December 1, 2025 | January 16, 2026 |
| Round 2 | January 5, 2026 | March 6, 2026 |
| Round 3 | February 23, 2026 | April 10, 2026 |
| Final Round | April 25, 2026 | May 30, 2026 |
Candidates applying during the Early round are able to participate in Fall Preview Days, which are on-campus or virtual events typically offered in October and November. Students get a campus tour, connect with current students, meet career management and admissions, and have an opportunity to do a live interview. While scholarships are available in every round, the adcom does recommend that those looking to be considered for Ohio State Fellowship eligibility apply by Round 1. Round 3 is the recommended final deadline for international applicants.
What Do I Need to Submit by the Deadline?
A complete MBA application to Fisher comprises:
- Application data form
- Unofficial transcripts for all degree-related coursework (four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent required)
- GMAT or GRE score, unless the candidate has secured a test waiver
- A one-page resume (and/or LinkedIn url)
- Two reference contacts
- Essay response
- Video interview
- Application fee: $60 domestic, $70 international
Applicants who completed their undergraduate degrees at non-English-speaking institution are asked to have their records translated, and to submit the translation to the admissions office along with an official transcript.
Applicants may choose to either list their references or have Fisher admissions send an OPTIONAL electronic letter of recommendation request to each recommender. The adcom may contact the references during the admissions process. Requesting a recommendation is optional. The video interview does not take the place of the live interview. Once an application is started, applicants will receive an email invitation to complete the video interview. Although the school suggests completing the video interview within 2 weeks, the link will not expire. Via the Kira Talent platform, the video interview should only take 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
Live Interview
Live interviews are conducted on an invitation-only basis and are required to matriculate. The adcom conducts interviews in-person (recommended for domestic applicants) or online via Skype.

What are my chances for the above colleges for a MBA and can I expect any scholarship?
Should I retake the test? Planning to apply in R1
Two-time founder (marketing agency during undergrad, then a fintech post-graduation), ex-Kearney consulting, currently on the founding team of a boutique financial consulting firm. Based in Pakistan, 29. Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Undergrad from LUMS (top business school in Pakistan) with a 2.91 GPA, which I know is my main weakness.
Targeting HBS, Stanford, and MIT Sloan for R1. I'm aware these are reaches given my GPA. GRE is in progress, currently retaking to push into the 315 to 320 range with a strong quant score to offset the academic profile.
Post-MBA goal is to scale into senior operating or founder roles in fintech and financial services, building on my consulting and startup background.
GMAT/GRE waiver, realistically what are my chances? I have 4 major exercises and 1 deployment. The reason for the waiver is time constraints as I am currently deployed.
I'm a dentist from India exploring international MBA programs and would appreciate some advice from people who have either gone through a similar transition or have experience with MBA admissions and outcomes.
My long-term goal is to move into the healthcare/healthtech ecosystem, potentially in areas such as healthcare consulting, product management, healthcare strategy, or healthtech startups. I am particularly interested in leveraging my clinical background rather than moving into a completely unrelated field.
I'm currently evaluating MBA programs in Europe and Asia (Singapore, Japan, HongKong)
For context, I have a GMAT Focus score of 575 with 4 years of work ex within the clinical and corporate side of the healthcare sector
