Troubleshooting for Clear Admit Publication Purchasers
1. I am having trouble making the payment through PayPal.
PayPal can be fickle, especially if you are attempting to pay using an international credit card. If you are having trouble with PayPal, call the Clear Admit office at 215.568.2590 and someone will process your payment over the phone. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time.
2. The document is password-protected, and I do not know what my password is.
The password to open the guide can be found in the first paragraph of the download e-mail. It is generally your full e-mail address.
3. My password is not working.
Make sure you are entering the password correctly. Your password should be your full e-mail address, and should not contain any extra spaces or periods. In the download e-mail, there is a period after the password. If you are copying and pasting from the download e-mail, you should be sure that you are not accidentally including the period when copying.
4. I use a Mac, and I am having trouble opening the link.
The default for opening a PDF for Mac users is often Preview. Preview will not work, and so you may receive an error message. To open the links using Acrobat Reader, right click on the link, select “Save link as…” and save the PDF to your desktop. Next, right click on the newly-saved PDF and select “Open with…” Select Adobe Acrobat Reader. Alternatively, you can change the settings of your browser to open PDF files in Acrobat Reader by default.
5. When I try to download the document, I receive a blank document that says “Copyright 2002-2010 Google Inc.”
For some reason, gmail users have been experiencing this problem. To get around it, save the link to your desktop first, and then open it.
6. I have not received the download e-mail.
Have you paid for your guide using an e-check? If so, you will not receive your download e-mail until after the e-check has cleared, which usually takes a few business days. If you need your guide urgently and cannot wait for the e-check to clear, contact us.
Has the download e-mail been automatically filtered into a SPAM folder or been otherwise blocked? Check to see if the download e-mail landed somewhere other than your Inbox.
How much time has passed? Download e-mails are delivered fast but not instantaneously. You should typically receive your download e-mail a few minutes after placing your order; however, sometimes there are unexplainable delays. After making sure the download e-mail is not in a SPAM folder, wait an hour. If you still do not receive your download e-mail, contact us, as this may be an indication that our online shop is malfunctioning.
7. I ordered a guide a few weeks ago, and now the link does not work.
As is indicated in the first paragraph of the download e-mail, your link will expire one month after purchase. To make sure you have access to your guide at all times, be sure to save and/or print the guide after you download it. If your link has expired and you have not printed or saved the document, contact us.

Short Term Goals: Right after my MBA, my goal is to work in the US, in a strategic corporate role, like a Global Procurement Manager, Operations Consultant, or a member of a Supply Chain Leadership Program in a global company. I want to manage large international supply chains, lead cross-border projects, and learn how top companies use new technologies to run their operations.
Long Term Goals: Ten years after my MBA, my goal is to be the Director of Development, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the company where I work right now or Director of Product Development. In this position, I want to lead the company's high-level strategy, drive our global expansion, and make the executive decisions on where the company is heading. Additionally, depending on the company's timings and internal succession plans, my ultimate goal is to compete for the General Director (CEO) position to lead the entire enterprise.
Why MBA Now: Through my roles in innovation, finance, and procurement at a leading manufacturer, I’ve learned how operational decisions shape overall business performance. I’ve led the digital transformation integrating an AI-powered strategic sourcing platform in indirect purchases and building supply chain resilience against tariff changes. However, I want to increase my influence over high-level business direction and execution. Having optimized our foundational operations, this is the perfect window to pivot toward global leadership. I need to develop leadership experience in a world-class global organization to return and successfully lead the company as it reaches its mature, global scale.
