Huge GRE score will help somewhat with your sub-3.0 GPA, but you will still need to include an optional essay in which you explain the circumstances.  

I'd also consider some outside coursework (online is fine) to build a bit of an alternative transcript and demonstrate academic readiness (the Business Fundamentals offering from GMAC could do the trick).  

Another element to keep in mind: in light of your poor performance in the final year of college, you don't want the admissions team to worry about how you might perform under the pressure of the first year MBA curriculum (which can be very intense).  As such, I'd aim to showcase work success and a robust slate of outside activities - in an effort to show that you are great at juggling these things (your recommenders can perhaps enforce this).

In summary, I don't think the 2.67 is a deal-breaker, but there is some work to be done to ensure you address the issue head-on.  You will also likely need to target a decent number of schools, across a range of tiers, to ensure you land a spot.  Best of luck!
