Expanded adoption of education service from 108 schools to 1005 schools across three states in India. Led team of 150 out of which 35 were hired by me. Managed new product development with diverse team of subject matter experts. Negotiated contracts with government and partner organizations. Program implementation with Goa State school system in India that brought down failure rate among students by 35% leading to one of the largest contract for our firm.

Improved operational efficiency 2X and reduced cost by 40%. Analyzed industry and competitors and prepared a business plan for fund raising. Reviewed budget and made capital and resource reallocation recommendations to senior management that were approved and implemented. I was also instrumental in launch of two new educational products. alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1572 Your WE appears to be strong, as do your EC/volunteer work. Your test score is a concern, for the very top schools. Have you considered a retake? It would be a shame if your test score were to be the weakest part of your overall profile. What are your post MBA goals? Are they related to your pre MBA experiences? I'm assuming so, and that will aid your candidacy. (0)

You currently have 25 schools on your list of possible targets, and I would recommend working to reduce that number to no more than 10-12 as soon as possible. You can do this by looking at their respective strengths your target career domain (SI, non profit, entrepreneurship) and by taking a realistic look at your combination of stats (solid GPA, lower GMAT) and your demographic (over-represented, assuming you are an Indian male living and working in India). I do think you could shift your targets based on a GMAT retake if that were to go very well, but in absence of that, you will need to ensure a mix of schools in terms of admissions difficulty.
