I am interested in pursuing an MBA for a career pivot. I would like to pursue management consulting and work on projects involving business transformation, innovation strategy, M&A, and growth. Eventually I would like to leverage my time in consulting and transition into a strategy role at a gaming company.

Gaming has always been a passion of mine and an industry that i’ve followed closely, and now i would like to officially pursue a career in the field, hoping to use my background to climb to an executive / senior leadership role.

during my MBA, I hope to meet other individuals who are interested in the field and build out my network through clubs.

anon16045 Likes Earned: 4 undergrad degree was in accounting. got my CPA shortly after graduating. in terms of growth, was promoted to senior associate, and am up for promotion in my current role to manager in the next 1-2 months (process has already been kicked off). involved with various activities in undergrad, accounting honors society and business fraternity (held leadership positions), currently involved with a group of nominated managers and analysts where i’ve spearheaded various lunch and learns for SQL, and other initiatives. also play video games with coworkers and friends, have attended and viewed various esports events together. just recently ran a half marathon as well. just being a bit self reflective, but i feel my extracurriculars aren’t exactly amazing, but i do have hobbies and interest outside of work.
