I got Emory admission with full tuition scholarship and be waiting for Darden & Mccombs. My strength is Marketing. I plan to follow product management to secure a job in US post-MBA. I will prefer a school with less cost but if the school advantage worths the investment, I am able to consider. Do you think there is a chance for an international applying R3 to get admitted at Stanford & Kellogg and get admitted with 50% scholarship up at UCLA & Haas?

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1577 Round 3 is typically tougher than the first two rounds. If you get admitted to Darden, with a scholarship, then that's a positive signal. It's still a reach from Darden to Kellogg etc. (0)

anon16867 Likes Earned: 0 Round 3 is definitely a challenge, particularly for incredibly competitive programs like Stanford and Kellogg. While your GMAT is inline with the average for both schools, your GPA is really low and your essays and applications would have to be , profound to stand out in round 3. It is not an impossibility but will be quite difficult. Emory is a great school , especially for marketing and I would encourage you to really consider their offer (0)

veritasprepmartene Likes Earned: 0 @anon2813: While the average stats for HAAS are lower than for Kellogg and Stanford, it is still an incredibly competitive program and the number of applicants has increased significantly over the years. Additionally, a significant portion of the applicant pool includes international students. The coursework will help but that will not be intime for round 3. Why would you turn down a full scholarship at a great school like Goizueta? (0)
