Are you currently an undergraduate?  If so, are those two years of work experience you listed current or projected?  

In all cases, I presume you will soon be sitting the GMAT or GRE exam?  If so, any sense as to how you expect to perform?  Also, how are your outside activities?  I mention these two areas because DE admissions relies pretty heavily on academic aptitude (GPA, caliber of institution, rigor of major, GMAT/GRE) and leadership/teamwork experience (often found in ECs, hobbies, internships, etc.).  Also, as an international student, I would want to see a standardized test score if I were the admissions reader, as that would help me to benchmark you against applicants from different school systems. 

You should also ensure that you present a very logical/feasible set of career plans.  For instance, are you aiming for VC or SI?  Do you already have your post-university job lined up?  How will that job set you up for your long-term goals?

1. Study as much as you can for the GMAT.  Your current mock test of 610 (which I presume is actually a 605 or 615, given that Focus Edition all end in 5s), equates to a 650 on the old test.  The top MBA programs offering deferred enrollment have averages that are going to be well north of 700 on the old test (actually closer to 730 in most instances).  As such, you should aim for 665+ on the Focus Edition.

2. What's your personal background?  Are you first in your family to college?  I ask because that context may be important in light of the fact that the DE programs don't likely see many applications coming from community college graduates.  Also, for better or for worse, your 3.77 out of a community college may not be viewed in the same light as a 3.77 earned at CalTech or Stanford - this is why the GMAT result becomes all the more important as a benchmarking tool.

3. Your work experience, ECs, and job search all sound promising.  The key will be how you go about describing these experiences in the essays, and whether or not you can narrow the field (10 ECs is a lot!) to bring the most important elements to the fore.
