Are you involved in activities. Outside of work? Numbers are decent. You need to narrow down your list of target programs. You should also try to apply during the first rounds. (1)

anon74608 Likes Earned: 61 Thank you so much for the input. Post MBA goals are to get into E-Commerce consulting ideally. I listed all the schools I am considering, but will certainly narrow them down closer to when the applications come out. I have an undergrad from USD in International Relations and MS in PR and Corporate Communication from NYU. I've been an entrepreneur having established my own PR firm, which I ran for 3 years. Then transitioned into the E-Commerce business (mainly for scalability/impact) and incubated the E-Commerce vertical (300%+ growth in the first two years) in an already established traditional retail (apparel) business. I also run a social enterprise that focuses on Identity Advocacy, Motivational Speaking and Mentorship. I have done a TEDx talk on Identity as well. Definitely want to improve my score, so planning on doing the GRE again on July 1st (fingers crossed). Definitely focusing on the first-round, and I think weaving my story around the big WHY is the next step. Please do let me know of any key elements I need to focus on. (1)

With 2 degrees, you don't want to be labelled a "degree collector", you also don't want adcom to think you're using the degree to simply relocate. So making good sense of your career transition to tech consulting will be important. Your interests in identity may help you develop a more unique narrative, too. (1)
