Notes:

I took both the GRE (163/163) and GMAT (700, 44Q/40V). Debating which I should use. Also have some ECs (mentoring program for last 4 years, board member for legal assistance for URM populations, interview applicants for undergrad college).

Anon Likes Earned: 0 I had 4.5 years of experience and exactly the same GMAT/GPA combo (including a slightly lower Q43) that you have and I am heading to HBS in a month. You can execute a compelling stories with these stats, they won't help you get accepted but you are not a lost cause. Focus on what matters to you, proof of leadership in your career and life thus far, and what you will do with the opportunity should the school make you an offer. Good luck! (0)

Anonymous Likes Earned: 0 I agree that the GMAT / GRE aren't everything and would focus on building a strong application that reflects what the school is looking for. If I had to pick between GMAT & GRE though, I would go with GRE just because they are not reported to ranking co. like FT, so the score wouldn't affect class profile, and would be used purely to determine ur ability to keep up with other students (0)
