Be good to know more about your long term goals, and their connection to your ECs. Impact at work will be important. Impact outside of work too. Good spread of target programs. ST goals are meant to learn more about F&B industry where I hope to be in the LT. specifically to lead expansion into Greater China. I see F&B products as a cool way to share cultures / make connections, as it was a way for me to do so growing up as a Chinese-American. My ECs include developing Urban Farms to grow Organic Produce for low income families in Harlem to learn about sustainability as well as helping immigrants pass their US naturalization exams to help expand my worldview. anon74408 Likes Earned: 8 Yes, I can see how this can be confusing. I started my career working with Biotech companies in Boston for equity plan design projects - eventually shifted to F&B over the years. So it was more of an industry relevance move rather than a technical expertise move. But I kind of realized I didn't like ChemE so much my junior year, so I started taking accounting / econ classes with my free electives. My senior capstone project was to make a sugar free ice cream for our school's dining halls, so I can at least relate F&B back to my major as well :) (1)
