WE: 3 years at boutique consulting firm. 1 promotion, high level of responsibility due to small size of firm. Client portfolio includes flashy household names + projects related to long-term vision (econ dev, impact investing, etc). Hoping to stand out from typical consulting crowd through unique background in public policy.

Academics: Double major in economics and politics from "public Ivy." No strong excuse on GPA, hoping GMAT and caliber of undergrad help.

ECs: Undergrad - co-founder and VP of community service org, dance crew exec board and choreographer. Longtime ESL teacher for immigrants. Pioneering D&I initiatives at firm.
