Somewhat worried about letters of rec given that circumstance. Want to pivot into corporate side like strategic finance, probably in tech or maybe energy.

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1878 be good to solidify your longer term goal. Was your economic consulting focused more on energy or tech, for example? The nature of the involuntary departure may be important? We are navigating more complex times, and adcom will be aware of that. But it will be important to try to seek out positive and supportive recommendations.

Are you targeting Round 1 or Round 2? When did you take the GRE? Just curious whether you think there is any additional scope for improvement in the score?

Showing impact and growth at work will be important. Are you also involved in any activities outside of work? Any additional hobbies and interests?
