When are you planning to take the GMAT or GRE, performing very well will be important. Especially the quant side. In that regard, taking additional coursework, to prepare for the MBA will be important. Overcoming the 2.5 GPA will be challenging.

Developing a decent narrative around your professional career will also be important. What are you currently doing?
