D1 athlete and business/psychology double major at Notre Dame. Member/leadership role in a couple campus clubs - GPA dipped the semesters we were in season and when I was a starter. Was spread too thin. Worked a couple years for a small business before finding my focus/passion and transitioning to healthcare. Promoted 3 times in 5 years. Now a Manager with combined 200 direct & indirect reports. Will have 8 total years of WE when applying fall 2024. Current extracurriculars include LGBT DEI group at my organization, Spanish classes at the local university, and CrossFit that I occasionally compete in. Does the rest of my profile balance my GPA?
