Active in veteran DEI group and I am an active member in two other veteran related organizations. (Focus is military transition to higher Ed)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1577 Make sure you reach out to the veterans clubs at programs you apply. Did you attend college, full time, after the military? Just getting a better understanding of your pathway, etc. Impact at work will be important, as well as your activities outside of work. What are your long term goals? Your GRE is ok, but if you’re applying next season, might be worth trying to boost it a few points for the very top programs? (0)

grichmond Verified User. Likes Earned: 1151 Wow - very cool profile. I love the combination of work experience (military + finance + consulting) and your liberal arts background. Plus it seems like you took the non-traditional route to college/military, and your DEI involvement will be a strength too. GRE isn't where it would ideally be for the top schools on your list, but it keeps you in play. Of course, if you could hit the mid-320s with a retake you will certainly improve your odds.
