Showing impact and growth at work is very important. Are you also involved in activities outside of work? 

Your EA score is solid, and would likely be very competitive for the school's EMBA offering....but I presume you used it for the traditional FT MBA offering...which may have a slightly higher bar.  

Beyond that, it's hard to really assess your background without knowing a bit more about your ECs, the caliber of your ugrad (where and what you studied), etc.  Are you hoping to stay in the Middle East long-term?  Have you looked at NYU's new 1-year MBA in Abu Dhabi?  Best of luck!
