The key will come down to the nature of the work (leadership, team experiences), what you do outside of the office (hobbies, activities, volunteering), and of course, how you hope to use the MBA degree - e.g. target career goals, geographies. Could you shed some light on those items here? How do you spend your spare time? What are you hoping to do post-MBA?

Also, please note that as a candidate of Indian descent, you will be somewhat over-represented in the applicant pool, so I would apply in R1. I am also hoping that the strength of your numbers, and your journey to Singapore may help for you to stand out somewhat. Best of luck!
