Hi,

I am planning to apply for R1 2019. I have worked 3 years with PwC Middle East and San Jose in external audits and venture capitals division. Recently joined a startup consulting firm in silicon valley and planning to move to strategy consulting in the tech industry post mba. My GMAT split is Q49,V39 and I went to top undergraduate university in Pakistan. Can anyone suggest if with the profile I can realistically target these schools

The recent career move, what sparked the move, and would it make more sense to work in consulting for an additional year, before your MBA (a question adcom might have)? Do you have any ECs/volunteer experiences to help round out your candidacy? (0)

I have also lead the Ngo towards helping women in rural areas through employment opportunities. My recent career move is also with accounting consultancy and I moved because of promotion and better pay. Work is more or less the same as my previous job (0)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1577 Nice, sounds like you have decent ECs, about something you are passionate. Career move makes sense. These schools should be realistic. Maybe add 1-2 M7 programs for the first round? (0)
