Notes:

Recent grad looking to apply to UVA's deferred MBA program (ideally with 4 years of work experience at time of matriculation) and then to the following schools (ranked by preference) if that doesn't work out. My ideal location is anywhere along the east coast, but that isn't a super large factor.
- HBS/GSB
- Fuqua/Kellogg/Darden
- Ross/Carlson

My background is in product management, but looking to pivot into strategy after MBA. Substantial leadership experience in college. Would love any tips or advice!

Just not clear regarding eligibility to apply for deferred enrolment. Have you already had 4 years of work experience (as noted) or are planning that before applying to other programs. Leadership in college is very good. Growth and impact at work, and outside of work is very important, too.
