kjms1 Likes Earned: 2 Hi Alex, this was my entry (had to recreate an account). I’m from New Zealand (Caucasian female) but moved to Australia in 2020. My long term goal is to be head of strategy at a fintech/bank. I don’t know my class rank, my GPA is low for a couple of reasons, I did a 5 year degree in 4 years while working part time and had some family stuff happening. Geographically I’m pretty flexible, I would stay where I studied for a few years but likely end up back in Australia or NZ. (1)

kjms1 Likes Earned: 2 Outside of work I volunteer with a social enterprise leading financial education workshops for disadvantaged women, this is linked to long-term plans to go into strategy at a fintech. I also run (at a national level during university, now just socially) and have been involved with management committees at my run club and guiding for disabled runners. I'm pretty new at my current job (have become more junior due to the career switch which is tricky for showing impact) but am involved with campus recruitment (mostly ad hoc) and wellness initiatives. I did some recruitment work at my last job too (interviewing). (1)
