Likes Earned: 1577 Great GMAT, MBB consulting, makes me think you have very strong potential. 2 years of experience, I'm assuming you're currently midway through an analyst program? Do you have other options, after the analyst program? If so, then you'd likely become a much stronger candidate in an additional 1-2 years; potentially providing you access to the very top programs. Where do you want to work, post MBA, back in China, or elsewhere? I guess my fundamental question, is it imperative for you to apply to MBA programs this upcoming season? (0)

anon84297 Likes Earned: 2 OP here - Thanks Alex for your response! Actually I am about to be promoted to the next level before R1 ddl, so there will be a promotion on my resume. Also I am applying this year partly due to some personal and family considerations. I will likely to return to the pre-MBA firm in China because of the sponsorship ( but I will also explore other possibilities)... So my question is, 2 year working experience in application - 3 working experience before attending MBA, will this short experience be a problem for me? (0)
