anon23156 Likes Earned: 0 Hi Alex, thank you for your help I really appreciate it I am 26, Egyptian by nationality but lived most of my adult life in Dubai where I also obtained my undergrad degree, I joined my current company right after graduation as an intern & progressed during the last four year into several positions. I got to work with great team in Dubai and Jeddah in addition to International assignments in Morocco & Spain I am currently leading a team of 9 who are dispersed across the GCC, with whom I've recently managed to reverse a very complicated relationship with one of our key customers, which had noticable revenue and P&L impact I am fortunate with the journey I had thus far which've truly put me through a fusion of cultures & perspectives, which encouraged my to open up more to diversity and change in general, and this is why I am interested in INSEAD Secondly, I've always wanted to get back to Africa and be part of - or contribute with others - in its impressive arise that we've been seeing for the last 15 years, which will only grow stronger. As someone with entrepreneurial interests, I want to have the exposure to as many organizations as I can, learn as much as possible and then put all that into developing two sectors which I am very fond of; Healthcare & Education, and there is no better place than Africa where my energy could be exploited the most, and hence is my interest in MBB post MBA Outside of work, I'm a member of the United Nations Humanitarian Affairs, Asia (Appointed in Bangkok, Thailand) where I've been selected as one of the regions Emerging Leaders, which comes with the responsibility of spreading knowledge and creating awareness of the importance of Peace building/keeping alike in my community. I am also an active member of my university's Balance for better mentorship program, where we identify, nurture and empower the Women leaders of tomorrow (0)

This is the type of profile top programs seek, in as much as you have the scope to make significant impact, in the long run. The weakest element might be your GMAT, at 700, it's OK, not outstanding. Same with your combination of GMAT/GPA. Have you considered a retake? It's tough, I don't know if it's necessary, but I do think it's likely your weakest point. (0)
