Super GRE, but your GPA may raise concerns. Any context for that?

My current work exp is in developing tech that is used by NGOs/partners (incl. leadership exp for ~4 years). I am extremely passionate about this industry (non-profit engagement for ~15 years) and want to use my technical expertise to bring about further impact. Pursuing an MBA to expand my business understanding beyond technology, and use the resources to hopefully kickstart my entrepreneurial journey. 3. GPA - Tier 1 engg institute in India (no curve grading). Are there any further steps I can take to alleviate adcom concerns here? (1)
