Haas:  Of the Class of 2023 Haas MBA graduates who were seeking employment and accepted a job within 3 months of graduation, 28% (63 Haas grads) accepted consulting jobs with an average base salary of $182k.

Anderson:  Of the Class of 2023 Anderson MBA graduates who were seeking employment and accepted a job within 3 months of graduation, 27% (72 Anderson grads) accepted consulting jobs with an average base salary of $177k.  

Marshall:  For some reason, Marshall has not yet published their Class of 2023 employment report yet.  Looking at Marshall's Class of 2022 employment report, of the Class of 2022 Marshall graduates who were seeking employment and accepted a job within three months of graduation, only 21% (44 Marshall grads) accepted a consulting job with an average base salary of $169k.

So, just on this data alone, we can see that Haas places a higher percentage of graduates into consulting jobs than Marshall does.  In addition, the Haas graduates who accept consulting jobs have higher base salaries than graduates of Marshall.  Keep in mind that this doesn't include the benefits of signing bonuses, etc.    

in addition, since MBB firms offer higher salaries than other consulting firms, this base salary data suggests that a higher percentage of Haas graduates accepting consulting jobs are accepting MBB jobs relative to the Marshall graduates accepting MBB consulting jobs.   

In summary, all else equal, going to Haas will likely increase your chances of landing an MBB consulting job relative to attending Marshall.
