I've been awarded a scholarship and a monthly allowance from the central bank in my home country. Now, I'm torn between LA, with its easy accessibility and great weather, and Pittsburgh. I'm still awaiting interview results after being waitlisted at UCLA. I would also love to learn about internship opportunities and the advantages of each school.

Based on that sentence it sounds like you're eliminating KF? I'm not sure I'd entirely cross off KF. While it's been ranked lower than Marshall/Tepper in recent years, KF has the strongest Financial Svs stats. Tepper has the lowest IB placement % from the smallest class size (I personally only saw 1-2 candidates on a virtual event when I was recruiting). Places like PNC locally will help with Commercial and there are penalty of F500 HQs across Ohio, Kentucky, Western PA if you want to consider CorpFin, but overall still a smaller industry focus and financial svs market than Marshall > LA/SF and KF > CLT/NYC. The tier of bank placement you'll get for internships will be similar across these programs, but you may be more likely to find in-semester internship with a regional/boutique banks in LA if you're looking to pad your experience for IB. USC/LA has combo of location and name recognition in Asia is likely the best overall choice, but I would encourage to check with Marshall's finance club about international placement since many of the banks they do well with do not sponsor. Since there shouldn't be a financial gap due to scholarship from home, I would work hard to get off of Anderson's waitlist since that'll provide the LA aspects with a slightly higher tier of placement possibilities.
