Notes:

Trying to decide between Wharton and Oxford. Total cost is 3X higher at Wharton, but I’m not planning to target IB or consulting for recruiting - goal would be a small tech company/startup in the US (which realistically probably wouldn’t pay much), or possibly big tech

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1584 Targeting the US market from Oxford may be more challenging. Are you currently based in the US? The two-year Wharton experience will be very different from the Oxford experience, too. Would an internship be important for you, for example? (0)

anon38767 Likes Earned: 1 Yep, I’m based in the US. I’m not dead set on an internship, but I do think one would be beneficial, since tech would be a pivot for me. Wharton would also be a dual degree program (MBA+engineering), which is a huge plus for me, but there’s also an option to do the engineering portion of the dual degree online, so technically I could pair it with Oxford (which would then allow for an internship in between) (0)
