Long term goal is to place into defense tech procurement, worked directly with private sector firms while testing systems. Want to be in NE long term.

an3332 Likes Earned: 0 Appreciate it. I actually have full rides to both UCLA and Georgetown. I'm trying to weigh my geographic preference versus exposure to positions at Defense Tech firms. UCLA actively recruits from top firms that I'm targeting (and is a slightly more prestigious/alluring program), but would be primarily West Coast based. I feel as if I'm rolling the dice a bit more with Georgetown, but may result in both of my needs being met. Would love perspective. (edited) (edited) (0)

Ok, I suggest that you make a list of your target firms, identify the positions at these firms that you are targeting and then review LinkedIn to determine the backgrounds of the people currently occupying your target positions at your target firms. In addition, you might want to speak with current students at these schools who share your career interest to get their perspective. (0)
