Notes:

I applied to all of them in R3 or R4, but before the Covid19 rolling round. Got admitted to all, however no scholarship to any. Do you think I have room to negotiate something, or because it's final round all the $$$ are done already?

anon27821 Likes Earned: 193 You could negotiate with stern by leveraging your CBS and Kellogg admits but that’s about it . I would certainly negotiate with stern if you’re indifferent. Stern loves pulling admits away from CBS and will certainly give you something (3)

anon32840 Likes Earned: 16 I know INSEAD has given out all of its scholarships. I was an R3 admit and I only managed to negotiate some money (albeit not enough) because I got a full ride from the other places I was admitted to. I was told that only R1 and R2 get scholarships. (2)

anon61310 Likes Earned: 43 Kellogg is the highest ranked of these, both currently and historically. What are your long term goals? If general/US, I would lean Kellogg. (0)

anon10660 Likes Earned: 292 Congratulations on such awesome results. Do you want to work in the US or EU post-MBA? That can narrow down to two schools and you can plan to reach out for negotiating scholarships. All things equal, I would take Kellogg if you want to be in the US, LBS if in UK, and Insead for Eu/Asia (2)

Decided to go for CBS since it's also my wife's dream to live in NYC. But now with how bad they're handling Covid19 and the riots and curfew placed, we're having some doubts. (2)

anon34829 Likes Earned: 18 Hi Alex. Op here again. Very cool that you used it on the podcast. Ive just subscribed. "Other" in my case is real estate development. That's also been my career prior to MBA. Not your typical B school recruiter. I didn't write that down cause my question specifically was more about $ rather than a choice. We've married it down to CBS or LBS. And as you said, it's a question of whether we still want to live in America or not, as we both feel it's going downhill fast. (1)

alexbr4 Verified User. Likes Earned: 1584 NYC versus London. Tough choice, if you know you will be returning to NZ (great work there on the Covid 19 situ) then I'd weigh the choice against where you want to spend the next 2 years. Both programs should provide good access to opportunities (1)
