Do I need to do anything after getting waitlisted? Or just wait?
Also do all waitlisted candidates get an acceptance or rejection email? Or can they keep me on their list indefinitely?

If you really want to go, maybe reach out saying how CBS is your top choice and you are committed to attending no matter the format (i.e. even if some semesters are virtual). (1)
