Does anyone know if when you received the "application complete" email has any impact on when you will get an invitation to interview? Likewise, does it it matter where you are from? I haven't seen definitive evidence that these things correlated to when your invitation to interview roles out, but I see everyone asking them... Any insights? Thanks!

anon68429 Likes Earned: 368 So from my understanding, "application complete" email means that someone will start reviewing your application now. They basically see whether all components of your application have been received. If yes, they send this email out. If no, they send you an email asking for missing information. So this is a good indication that someone will start reviewing your application now. However, there doesn't seem to be a fixed number of days between this email and an interview invite. Some of the factors in play could be: there are many many applications so getting to your application within that pool is taking time, or they either decided to not interview you, or they put you on waitlist and would consider interviewing you only if the ones invited didn't do well. Honestly, we don't really know their strategy. Location somewhat matters because they review applications by region. Hope this helps! Just an FYI - Haas interviews applicants extremely late in the cycle as well. So hang in there! (7)

anon85338 Likes Earned: 29 R1 applicant here: I received my interview invite the same day someone else from my region (Denver) received theirs. Could be coincidence but seems they go by region. (2)
