Received the call at 1430 today (PST). Waitlisted for scholarship consideration. I've also been accepted into UCI's program. I have not decided, but my decision will depend on the scholarship money I get. At present, it seems crazy to me to take on $150k in debt. And I may try to improve my stats and apply again next year. UCI on the other hand did give me money, and it would cost $30k for a 1 year masters there. What do you guys think I should do? Take on $150k in debt to enter a T15 school? Or $30k to enter a T50 school? Waiting to hear from UCLA...
