So I believe for those who are yet to receive an interview after getting a waiver, it is most probably a ding. Anyone who knows about a reapplicant this year that received an interview after a waiver? Or any chance that someone can be waitlisted without interview if he/she interviewed last year? Just clinging to some last minute desperate hopes :)
