Polish your presentation and test your admissions interview answers with the latest tool from Clear Admit: The MBA Interview Simulator.

The MBA Interview Simulator is our AI-powered mock interview tool designed to help you prepare for business school interviews. The bot conducts realistic interview sessions using school-specific questions, formats, and evaluation criteria based on Clear Admit’s extensive interview preparation resources.

“With Round 2 interviews approaching,” Clear Admit Co-Founder Graham Richmond says, “we wanted to give applicants a way to practice interviews that actually reflect what schools are looking for today. The MBA Interview Simulator allows candidates to upload their resume, select a specific school, and complete a realistic interview—either spoken or written—followed by a detailed feedback report, suggested areas for improvement, and an overall score. It’s a powerful way for applicants to build confidence and sharpen their responses before the real interview.”

During your ~30-minute session, the interviewer will:

  • Ask you questions tailored to your target school’s interview style
  • Probe deeper with follow-up questions based on your responses
  • Cover key topics like career goals, leadership, and why you’re interested in the program
  • Provide detailed feedback and a score at the end of your interview

Our Interview Simulator provides school-specific preparation based on Clear Admit’s 20+ years of MBA admissions expertise. Unlike generic interview practice tools, our bot:

  • Adapts questions based on your uploaded resume
  • Uses actual interview formats from top business schools
  • Provides detailed feedback using proven evaluation rubrics
  • Offers personalized improvement suggestions

To use the MBA Interview Simulator, just click on Get Started. You will then have the option to upload a PDF of your resume:

You will then select your target school from a list of 20 top MBA programs for a tailored interview experience. Make sure your volume is up so you can hear the text-to-speech, and click on the “Speak” button to begin providing your answers (you also have the option to type your answers). The Q&A sessions typically run around 30 minutes.

At the end of your session, you can provide your email address to receive a full assessment of your interview. The free assessment covers your strengths, areas for improvement, and suggested actions before your next interview.
