I have recently completed my 10 year in Mercedes Benz R&D. I am in research and development team. Want to go for starting my own company. have worked across Indian, German USA and Japan Markets. More than two years of global experience. Have 8 patents on my name. Highest number of patents to female employee. I have received many awards from organization like best employee of the year, Process innovation awards etc.
I have designed an automation framework which is used across merc and was introduced as process changed across all department and saved >10M euro.
Handling 50M euro PNL in company and is responsible for end to end product delivery of a controller.
I am a state level athlete and a member of teaching community for NGO.

Why MBA?
As a senior technical lead I have experience in people management(14 resources reporting directly to me) and lacks operations and marketing plus pitch in skills which requires for my startup.

Why Now?
Since my idea is in Automotive field only, wanted to hone my technical skill before MBA.

What question do I have?
With this many years of experience and with the goal of entrepreneurship in mind, should I go for normal MBA or one year MBA.

Expected GRE - 320 - 325 with 165+ in quant.
