Was awarded for getting the best overall score amongst 200+ participants from 40+ countries, achieving the first of such award for my country in the field

Did my bachelor's at Nanyang Technological University Singapore in Mechanical Eng. specializing in Robotics

GPA: 3.60/4.00

Got a graduation award from the School of Engineering, for overall performance in academia, extra-curriculum, and public service (1 out 4 people receiving it from 10 000+ students in the cohort)

Did a few product development projects for international competitions (SEA, Korea, Asia Pacific)

I had a full scholarship for this university, covering up to $150,000 in the total of 4 years

2 years in Product Management in SEA biggest e-commerce player (expanding to LATAM) — will be 3 years when I enroll

One of the very few fresh graduate in the companies, but I was assessed to be top 5% in terms of performance

Got promoted within 1.5 years (despite having the policy of needing at least 3 years) and entrusted to manage a team

Managing a team of 2 more senior team members in delivering high priority products from the CEO, delivering products enabling more than $3 billion dollars per quarter

Managed a team if 3 PMs to work with 100+ stakeholders from 12+ countries, in delivering hyperlocalized product solutions

Worked with new PMs, from non- product backgrounds in preparing and proposing product proposals to C-level and Director of Products within the company

Mentoring 2 undergraduate students from my university, who are interested to break into PM roles after graduation

Served as the VP for an organization of 100+ members when I was in university, coordinating events for 400 members of the community

Did a pro-bono consulting for a Series A startup in Indonesia before COVID hit

---Why MBA---
I do not plan on working within e-commerce/ retail sector for long, so I want to get a better business fundamentals and understanding, while meeting different people from different industry, to create an opportunity for me to pivot to PM in other industries.

MBA will accelerate my trajectory into getting to big tech companies in the US, and I will bring these skillsets, networks and experiences in building edtech startup in Indonesia
