Notes:

I'm studying for the GMAT now, realistically aiming for low 700s. My GPA in undergrad was low... The trajectory though was in the right direction and it scaled higher into 3.5+ towards the end of my business degree classes. To compensate, I'm considering MBA Math or potentially taking the GMAT a couple times to get higher in the 700s. I plan to take the GMAT for the first time at the beginning of April, 2022.

I want to get my MBA to hone my skills as a woman in leadership. I've been managing a team of two at a large home goods ecommerce company for over a year in the logistics/operations field. I was promoted to a managerial role within my first year at the company. After graduating I want to pursue a career in sustainable supply chain for consumer products. My north star goal is to one day be COO of Patagonia clothing!

I'm worried about my GPA holding me back and it being challenging for me to get a high enough GMAT to compensate. Are the schools I'm reaching for too high? Any advice or feedback is welcome. I absolutely love both the podcast and the website. I feel like I struck gold finding it a few weeks ago when searching "MBA podcast" on Spotify!
