Notes:

Hi, black female with 2 years of work experience (due to analyst program; will have 3 at the time of application), at a bulge bracket in a non-IB role. I would like to apply to either H,S, or W (one for which I'm an alumna), and am still narrowing my selection for the other schools.
I would like to switch career tracks from Banking to Marketing, and am really set on matriculating in 2021. EC's include: sports & youth development program for underrepresented minorities, ESL tutoring, alumni interview program at alma mater, and recruiting underrep minorities at current firm. Have yet to take GMAT but am aiming for 730s (700 as absolute min). Planning to: take a Stats course at local CC the summer before applying (and get an A), address low GPA in optional essay (though no real extenuating/unheard of circumstances, so I may not want to highlight it at all). Held leadership positions in 3 clubs during UG.
Aside from H/S/W, I'll aim for Stern, but can hopefully get a better idea of school selection after I take my GMAT. Is there something else I should do to strengthen my application? Is H/S/W too ambitious given gpa and years of experience? What other schools/programs do you suggest?

Love the podcast!! It's been extremely helpful as I start this process. I've listened to every episode so far and am excited for more!
