grichmond Verified User. Likes Earned: 1149 I worry that your stats and status as an ORM are going to potentially make R2 an uphill battle at the schools on your list (if you are applying in R2). Of course, if you are an IIT/IIM graduate and have truly stellar accomplishments at work and in your community, I could be wrong...but with the limited information you have provided I have some concerns. anon24985 Likes Earned: 0 I was in the top 5 percentile of my class at Delhi University and have been working in real estate MNCs for the past 5 years and currently lead deal teams focussed on Realty M&A in Asia Pacific. I am based in India but have worked for brief stints in Singapore and Dubai. I have been consistently involved in women in business initiatives at work and associated with a NGO for differently-abled children for over 12 years. I held leadership positions in college and was an active debater. My short term goal is to work in real estate development and my long term goal is to invest in real estate technology. I am also open to consulting in the short term given that several real estate VCs and PE funds hire consultants. (0)
