I'm considering a test waiver given my years of experience and in a quant field but still unsure. GPA is from a NESCAC school. With a baby on the way, I'm getting my application in round 1 because I won't have time after. Pursuing an MBA to switch to a career in aviation (operations & logistics or revenue) and be in a leadership track at one of the major U.S. airlines (Delta, American, United).

And your GPA is also a little below average, so I’d think a competitive test score would be really helpful, in your case? Impact and growth at work will be very important. Have you been involved in activities outside of work? (0)

bowside421 Likes Earned: 31 Fair assessment. I would think that adcoms weight GPAs differently based on difficulty or ranking of UG? I've been highly active outside of work. I have been a member of a competitive rowing team for 8 years since graduating UG. Elected team treasurer for 2 years, captain for 2 years, and 1 year on DEI committee. This team is 50 people strong ages 22-65. Time involvement is 20 hours per week, 52 weeks a year, so I plan on weaving these experiences into my application. I also completed a 6-month in data science and data analytics from a university in '21 to bolster my quant capabilities. (1)
