Was audit for 2.5 years, promoted early (only person in the past decade). Left for a senior associate finance/ops role in a much smaller growing firm that focuses on recruitment. Company scaled 3x in revenues in the past 2 years (so not just a stagnant environment), promoted to manager, several direct reports across cross-functional depts, some of which I built. Some of the infrastructure I've been building out internally is around our workforce analytics and have an interest in pivoting into people analytics as a career - kind of niche, wanted an MBA to be exposed to more methodology and real-life scenarios beyond what's applicable at my current company.
