Friendly format, interviewer had read my resume so he started off with questions:
1. Highlight two traits from your resume or personality that you want me to know.
2. Why did you switch to X company?
3. When did you face an ambiguous situation?
4. When have you dealt with a difficult teammate? (lots of follow up questions to this one)
5. Tell me about when you mentored someone.
6. A time when your leadership created a difference and how.
7. Failure?
8. Why MBA, since you’re already working in the industry you want to?
9. Why Ross?
10. Most of your education has been in metropolitan cities, how well will you adjust to Ann Arbor?
11. Anything else I should know? (highlighted how I’d contribute at Ross)

I know that Stanford does not typically accept anyone from the Waitlist given their extremely high yield rate. Good luck to everyone who got in! Hope you enjoy.
Applied on Feb 14, a day before the R3 deadline.
Interview was scheduled for 10:45 pm on Mar 11, but I had to reschedule it to 12:45 am Nepal time on Mar 13.
Acceptance call came on Mar 27, 9:15 pm Nepal time (maybe 8:30 PST).
Been jumping up and down so much that my foot and knee have started hurting!
Rejected as a reapplicant. Completely expected this. Congratulations to everyone who got accepted.
Waitlisted post-interview in R1, submitted one (not-so-major) update in Feb, now rejected from waitlist. Not upset about this decision at all but a bit surprised/amused by this. Apparently they somehow realized that I'm not so qualified after all LOL? I thought they would usually keep waitlisting everyone till the very last day. Anyway, congrats to everyone admitted!
