The interview was with a senior member of the admissions team. I received the name of my interviewer when I selected my timeslot. It was about 45 minutes. I prepared for a standard behavioral/resume-based interview, but this was the most unconventional interview I had in the MBA process. Very very conversational. Adcom was easy to converse with. She was very aware of my application and mentioned things from my essays during the interview.
