The interview was totally on the side of the 2nd-year student. For instance, in my interview the interviewer started mentioning that she had not even read my CV, so she asks me to introduce myself briefly. Texas McCombs MBA Peer Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Second-Year Student / Zoom
The interview was very conversational and behavioral. The second-year student asked me for a bio and introduction of myself, and my career background. Then we discussed their experiences as a McCombs MBA student and why they chose the program. We discussed life in Austin and recruiting for roles in Texas and in the US. Overall, I would say the interview was not as specific on questions, but more so a conversation to get to know more about the candidate and offer them a chance to learn about the interviewer’s journey and experiences. I got accepted to the program.

I just completed the Kira assessment today. It wasn’t that bad, and I got similar questions about what you will find on this site, among others. Definitely prep prep prep beforehand.
