INSEAD MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 2 / Alumnus / Zoom
There were two alumni interviews, both one-hour long. While overall the interviewers were friendly, they did ask a couple of follow-up questions, specifically on my post-MBA goals. I interviewed with 2 different alumni and both conversations were pretty casual. Both had why INSEAD, long/short-term goals, how I would adjust to the global environment/pace. Some interesting questions were: How do your friends view my strengths and weaknesses? Talk about your personal interests and who you are outside of work. How do you view leadership and ambiguity?
